We take on your property for a fixed term, usually between 3–5 years, and pay you a set monthly rent. From there, we handle everything; tenants, maintenance, and day-to-day management. You enjoy hassle-free income while your property stays in great condition.

Once the agreement starts, we take care of everything; tenant issues, cleaning, cosmetic maintenance, and callouts. You simply receive your rent each month with no interruptions.
